Terms and conditions of sale

The contract

These terms govern the purchase of digital access to the practice service operated by Noreng Solutions, company number 936 256 813 (Norway), espennoreng@gmail.com. The contract is concluded in French. The protective provisions of the French Consumer Code that apply to consumers resident in France apply here.

This is a translation of our French terms, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version at /conditions prevails.

What you are buying

A monthly subscription giving your account access to all features, including the exam simulator. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The price, including all taxes, is always shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept cards and the other payment methods Stripe supports.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Subscription. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

The service is an unofficial practice tool with no connection to the French Interior Ministry or any French government body. It cannot be used to register for the official civic exam.

Right of withdrawal

Access to the digital content is provided immediately after payment. Under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate performance of the service and expressly acknowledging this with a checkbox before payment, you waive your 14 day right of withdrawal.

Pass guarantee

If you subscribed to the Guarantee plan, completed the revision plan in the app and still failed the civic exam, we refund you in full. Send the date of your exam and a short description to espennoreng@gmail.com; we handle every request manually within 14 days.

Complaints and mediation

A problem with the service? Contact us first and we will put it right. Under Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge for a dispute that is not resolved. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
